yes u make eye contact and if she keeps looking @ u that means shes chacking u out,say hey and get the convo started with a compliment e.g.i like your shirt then if she compliments u back then start with ur intro so ur name and she will say her name back and then try asking a question "what school do u go to?" "do u work?" "where do u work?" so u get wat i mean... pritti soon ull be talking like old froends!
It depends on what your gut feeling is telling you at the moment. If you get the feeling to make eye contact first then do it, but if not Dont!! Cuz usually when I see a guy coming towards me that has been staring I automatically have a wall up
