Hi! I'm running anti-virus with AVG 7.5 free edition. It is being discontinued at the end of the month. Can I just go and download the 8.0 free edition while I still have the 7.5? If not, what do I have to do first? Remove the old and add the new?? I don't want to do anything to screw up computavg 7.0 downloader. Thanks!
Just do this:
Go to the free page of AVG.
Download AVG 8 and double click the file you download.
It will walk you through it and remove 7.5 on it's own. Then restart your pc and enjoy version 8
Go into Control Panel Add and Remove and remove the old one and then install the new one.
Yavg 7.0 downloadou don't need to Remove Old One Just Download The New Anti Virus Program and Just Install It...Thats Enough....

All you have to do is to "Upgrade" Just go to grisoft website and upgrade from there ( Just follow directions.
