At the commenwelth games they play land of hope and glory as are anthem for england, but when it comes to football the national athem is playeplay land gamesd. And yet wales, scotland play there own athems at footall etc. Why is this?
Good point - God Save the Queen is the British national anthem, splay land gameso in theory they should play Land of Hope and Glory for Football/Rugby etc as well as Athletics.
